We welcome applications from suitably qualified undergraduates from all US institutions of Higher Education.

To apply for the ASE Summer School, please complete the application form on this page.

The deadline for initial applications is Tuesday February 15, 2024.

If you find you do not have all the necessary documentation to hand when completing the form, there are certain documents you can opt to add later, and you come back to edit the form once it has been submitted. The application won’t be processed until all the correct documentation has been provided.

At this stage, you will just need to provide your personal and contact details, your college details, and your course choices.

Payment information and any supporting paperwork from your institution will be requested once your initial application has been processed.


ASE Summer 2024 Full Refund Policy

  • In the event of Programme cancellation by ASE, or withdrawal of support for Summer study by the student’s home institution, participants will be offered the option either of joining a future ASE Summer School, or of receiving a full refund, including deposit and any fees already paid.  

  • Any student withdrawing in writing, for any reason by the fee payment deadline of April 1 will receive a refund of fees already paid, minus deposit.

  • Any student withdrawing in writing, for any reason after the fee payment deadline of April 1 may appeal for a refund of fees, minus non-recoverable expenses and deposit.

All appeals will be considered by the ASE Dean and Director, in concert with Programme leadership at Franklin & Marshall College.

To apply to Advanced Studies in England Summer School, please complete the following application form.

Federal legislation requires institutions of higher education to share with all prospective members of the community a copy of their Annual Security Report (ASR), which is available through Franklin & Marshall's Department of Public Safety. The ASR contains information about the college, its facilities, crime statistics, and where to report any crimes, among other information.
